Terms of Service

Last updated September 21, 2026

These terms govern your use of CryptoTradingBot (the "Service"), including the website and the app at app.cryptotradingbot.trading. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. What the Service is

The Service is software that receives alerts you configure in TradingView and places the corresponding orders on your own Coinbase or Gemini account, using API keys you provide, subject to the settings you choose. We do not hold your funds, we are not a broker, exchange, custodian or registered investment adviser, and nothing we provide is investment, financial, tax or legal advice.

2. Your responsibilities

3. Risk

Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile and you can lose some or all of the money you trade. Automated trading can place orders at unfavorable prices, miss signals, or behave unexpectedly during outages at TradingView, your exchange, or our servers. Past results, including backtests, do not guarantee future results. You use the Service entirely at your own risk.

4. Subscription, trial and cancellation

New accounts get a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, your subscription renews monthly at the price shown at sign-up (currently $49/month), charged by our payment processor, Stripe. You can cancel any time from the Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and we don't give partial refunds for unused time. When a subscription lapses, the bot stops placing new trades. Exchange fees and TradingView subscriptions are separate and not included.

5. Availability

We work to keep the Service running around the clock but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features, and we'll give reasonable notice of material changes to pricing.

6. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to access other users' accounts, interfere with the Service, reverse engineer the BTCBB25 indicator, or use the Service for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the Service means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
