What we collect
- Account: your email address and a hashed password (we can't see your password).
- Exchange API keys: the trade-only keys you enter, stored encrypted and used only to place and track your orders.
- Trading activity: the alerts your bot receives, the orders it places, positions and balances, so we can run your bot and show your dashboard.
- Billing: handled by Stripe. We receive your subscription status and a Stripe customer ID; we never see or store your card number.
- Technical: standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, time) kept for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
To run the Service: execute your trades, show your dashboard, manage your subscription, keep the Service secure, and contact
you about your account. We don't sell your information, and we don't use advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
Who we share it with
- Your exchange (Coinbase or Gemini): receives the orders you authorized.
- Stripe: processes subscription payments under its own privacy policy.
- Hosting providers that store our servers and database.
- Authorities when the law requires it.
Retention and your choices
We keep your data while your account is open. You can cut off the bot's access at any moment by deleting the API key in
your Coinbase or Gemini account; the key stops working immediately and no further trades can be placed. To close your account and have your data deleted, email us; we'll remove it except where we must keep records by law
(for example, billing records).
Security
API keys are encrypted at rest, passwords are hashed, and the Service only ever requests trade permission. No system is
perfectly secure, so use a strong unique password and never give the bot withdrawal permission.
